Gwendolyn recently retired as Chief of Plans & Support from the Air Force’s Air Education and Training Command (AETC), headquartered at Joint Base San Antonio-Randolph, Texas.  A member of AGA for over a quarter century, Gwendolyn currently serves as our Membership Chair as well as our Representative to the National Council of Chapters (NCC).  She has served the chapter in numerous capacities, including President-Elect and President.  Gwendolyn is also involved in other professional organizations, including the Society of Defense Financial Management (SDFM), formerly the American Society of Military Comptrollers.
