Haleigh Heins is currently an accountant for the Alamo Area Council of Governments.  She has been an active member of the San Antonio Chapter, assisting wherever needed, to include coordinating our virtual attendees.  We are pleased to welcome her as 2026-2027 Chapter Treasurer.
